[独立制表师] 分轴擒纵的问答

  我发明分轴擒纵大约在5~6年前萌想的,2017年我带着分轴擒纵的桌钟模型以及其它几款手表参加瑞士巴塞尔表展,被AHCI吸收为候补会员,今年我完成了分轴擒纵的手表的设计制作,带着一只分轴擒纵手表和一只双条盒三日链珐琅手表参加了2018年巴赛尔表展。
  分轴擒纵绝大多数表友不明就里,因为这是一个全新的擒纵概念,我以后慢慢地讲它的技术,今天 就从简单的问答开始发帖:

    问:分轴擒纵在原理上与现代杠杆擒纵有哪些不同?
   Q: What are the differences between di-axial escapement and modern lever escapement in principle?

  答;现代杠杆擒纵的基本工作原理是擒纵轮齿与擒纵叉瓦摩擦,驱动擒纵叉摆动,擒纵叉驱动摆轮旋转;分轴擒纵的基本工作原理是擒纵轮齿冲击右擒纵叉瓦,驱动擒纵叉摆动,使摆轮旋转,从理论上讲“冲击驱动”比“摩擦驱动”更节能,可以在润滑条件较差的环境里正常工作,甚至叉瓦可以免除润滑油。
    A: The basic operation principle of modern lever escapement is that the friction between the escapement wheel and the escapement fork drives the escapement fork to general the motive for swinging, which makes the balance wheel to rotate, while the basic operation principle of di-axial escapement is that the escapement wheel impacts the escapement fork gem tile to drive the escapement fork to rotate the balance wheel. Theoretically speaking, the drive by impact is more energy-saving than the drive by friction, and works normally under the environment of insufficient lubrication, and the fork gem tile can even be free from lubrication.

答:分轴擒纵与同轴擒纵的工作原理都是“冲击驱动”,同轴擒纵把锁齿叉瓦和冲击叉瓦集中在同一个擒纵叉上,因此擒纵轮的双层轮片就只能设计成一个小轮片,一个大轮片,分轴擒纵则把擒纵叉上的锁齿叉瓦与冲击叉瓦完全分离,冲击叉瓦另外设立一轴,只有这样分成两轴,擒纵轮的双层轮片才能做到同样尺寸,同样形状,因此,分轴擒纵和同轴擒纵相比较,分轴擒纵具有左右驱动更加平衡,工作更加可靠的优点。
   A: The operation principles of di-axial escapement and co-axial escapement are both drive by impact. The co-axial escapement integrates the lock gear fork tile and the impact fork tile on the same escapement fork, and thus the double plates of the escapement wheel can only be designed to be a small plate plus a big plate, while the di-axial escapement isolates the lock gear fork tile from the impact fork tile of the escape fork, and a separate axial is designed for the impact fork tile, as only in this way, can the double plates of the escape wheel be in the same size and shape. Therefore, the di-axial escapement has the merits of more balanced left and right drive and more reliable operation.

  问:分轴擒纵的特点有哪些?
  Q: What are the features of di-axial escapement?

  答:分轴擒纵吸收并发扬了钟表史上三种擒纵的部分精华理论,1:保留了现代杠杆擒纵(Lever Escapement)的锁齿功能,驱动摆轮旋转的功能分别另外设立两个冲击叉瓦来完成;2:吸收并革新了复式擒纵(Duplex Escapement)的理论,作为左冲击叉瓦,3:吸收并革新了天文台擒纵(Detent Escapement)的游丝复位理论,作为右冲击驱动摆轮叉瓦。分轴擒纵主要在三个方面改进了性能:1、相同尺寸和形状的双层擒纵轮避免了上层擒纵轮因直径小,冲击距离短,冲击力量弱,擒纵轮齿与冲击叉瓦间隙小而容易发生碰擦顶齿的现象。2、相同尺寸和形状的双层擒纵轮使擒纵左右运行的步伐更加均衡。3、相同尺寸和形状的双层擒纵轮在长时间运行后产生的磨损是均匀的。分轴擒纵是一个效率很高的,工作可靠,并且是可以推广应用的实用型的擒纵
  A: The di-axial escapement absorbs and highlights some of the essential theories in the history of watch about the three escapements, including: 1. That it keeps the lock gear function of modern lever escapement, and designs two impact fork tiles to realize the function of driving the balance wheel to rotate; 2. That it absorbs and innovates the theory of duplex escapement, and functions as the left impact fork tile; 3. That it absorbs and innovates the hairspring reset theory of detent escapement, and functions as the right impact fork tile to drive the balance wheel. The di-axial escapement mainly improves the functions in three aspects, including: 1. The double plates of the escapement wheel in the same size avoid the highly probable collision and friction between the upper escapement wheel and the top gear because of the small diameter, short impact distance, low impact force and small gap between the escape wheel gear and the impact fork tile. 2. The double plates of the escapement wheel in the same size enable more balanced pace of the left and right escape wheel operation. 3. The double plates of the escapement wheel in the same size have even abrasion after long-term operation. Therefore, the di-axial escapement is a kind of practical escapement characterized by high efficiency, reliable operation and good applicability.

  问;只是为了优化一些擒纵功能,分轴擒纵设计得比杠杆擒纵和同轴擒纵要复杂,有这个必要吗?
  Q: Do you think its necessary to make the di-axial escapement so much more complex than the level escapement and co-axial escapement with the only purpose to optimize the escapement function?

     答:机械钟表的发展至今已有400余年历史,已经是很成熟的技术了,提升机械钟表性能的空间已经很窄小,稍微提升一点点也很困难。举一个例子,陀飞轮在理论上是为了减少地心吸引力而设计的,也很复杂,但是陀飞轮的复杂是值得的,同样,分轴擒纵如果经过实践检验,证实它确实能够提高钟表走时性能,分轴擒纵比起其它擒纵设计的复杂一些是值得的,另外,分轴擒纵视觉强烈,观赏性强,适合应用于高端腕表,复杂一点更是值得。
    A: Mechanical watch has a development history of over 400 years, and its technology has already matured. So there is nearly no space for improving its performance. For example, theoretically, tourbillon is designed only to reduce the gravity; the design complex but worthwhile. So is the di-axial escapement. For it has been proven that the dis-axial escapement can improve the time keeping performance. In addition, the di-axial escapement is visually strong and has high ornamental value, very suitable to be used in high-end watches. That makes it more worthwhile even with complex design.

问:分轴冲击擒纵看起来复杂些,维修是不是也更复杂些?
Q: The bi-axial escapement seems so complex, so the maintenance will be more difficult?
    答:分轴擒纵的基本原理就是把锁齿叉瓦和冲击叉瓦在擒纵叉上分开,设计成两个部件,分别用两个轴的形式各自完成不同的功能,在售后维修中,单独的故障发生在单独的部件上,不会增加维修的难度。
A: The basic working principle of the di-axial escapement is to isolate the lock gear fork tile from the impact fork tile on the escape fork and design it as two parts to achieve different functions with the form of two axles. The difficulty of the after-sales maintenance wont increase for the failure occurs on a separate part.

我设计分轴擒纵的目的不是单纯为了追求“新奇特”,不是为了一个噱头,而是想改善现代杠杆擒纵及同轴擒纵的性能,能否真正改善现代擒纵的工作性能,当然要经过以后的实践检验和不断的优化设计,我现在还正在做第二只“分轴擒纵”手表,有些数据还在优化修改。

是年龄很大了,用一句古诗自勉:“老骥伏枥,志在千里;烈士暮年,壮心不已”。现在精力尚可,每天还能在工作室做10个钟头的事。

出个正常版本的表盘,大三针或者小三针皆可总之有表针,然后背透可以看到独特的机芯设计。如果有这总我会入一支
